​Fallen Officers Fund

The APOA State Chapter administers a Fallen Officers Fund as part of active membership benefits.  Any active APOA member in good standing who is killed in the line of duty is entitled to a $5,000 line of duty death benefit paid immediately to the beneficiary designated on their membership profile.  Retired law enforcement officers do not qualify for the line of duty death benefit.
